I have Ainol Hero 10
Its just been 2 days & its hanged up & not getting off
pressed & hold the off button but nothing happening
plz help me out
how to reset it

she has a litle hole near to micro sd press it with a peper clip to reset your tablette

My ainol novo 10 hero fails to start over and only the battery icon appears.
when I load the tablet nothing happens.

If I still press the power button on the tablet still works but as soon as I release the button turns off the shelf.

What to do?

Theres no way to remove battery. The battery is internal. I tried reset button on mic hole, it doenst work either =(

There is a reset switch in the mic socket, I used a sewing needle to press it.

I removed the battery just before I found where the tablet's reset switch. After that I had similar problem (tablet started only when power button pressed and holded). Reset to factory defaults solved the problem, but you have to hold power button until the reset is done.

After that, I'd charge tablet to 100% and installed the new firmware version 1116 (1115v2). Hope the tablet now will never freeze.

you dont need to remove the cover. the reset button is in the 'mic' hole. just use thin paper clip or needle to reboot device.

if your tablet doesn't boot and just shows you an empty battery pictogram, you have to force it to boot by pressing and holding the power button.

then, while you still hold the power button, you have to choose settings -> backup&restore -> factory data reset (don't really know is it necessery to uncheck two checkboxes above, but i did)

then you have to wait while your device reboot, then wait while the animation in the android's belly on your screen ends and then device will shut down.

now you may release the power button. connect your charger, wait for 10 minutes and then turn your device on. hope it will do the trick.

I need some help on my newly bought ainol novo 10 hero !!
After I shut down it once, and I can't restart it again. Initially it still can be loaded while long press power button, I could see the battery logo and first and come with android logo and so on, but after I take a try to update the firmware by following instruction from the official chinese forum, it turns to brick and it's totally blank . I tried to press on the reset button but seems like nothing change. What should I do?
